This page is devoted to new clients to help you become part of the Zen Den family as efficiently as possible.

Thanks for using this to guide you through the registration process.

Boarding, Daycare and Grooming Clients

  • Step 1: Come in to the front or call the front desk to register: 972-747-0222

    • We will create an account for you so that you can request services

  • Step 2: Request a temperament test (boarding and daycare clients)

    • Note - your dog must be fully vaccinated and 16 weeks of age to temp test. If your dog is over 7 months of age, s/he must be spayed or neutered to join group play

  • Step 3: Go to our portal, https://wigglebuttplace.portal.gingrapp.com and click the button “Sign Up” (if you need a code for our mobile app, it’s 259531)

    • Review and complete the release form(s) (boarding, daycare, and training clients)

    • You can upload your vaccination records straight to the portal or email to wigglebuttplace@shots.pet

  • Step 4: Request a Reservation

    • Note: Your temperament test must be completed before your first daycare or boarding reservation

    • Boarding: call us at 972-747-0222 or text 888-559-9487

    • Daycare: request a reservation by text 888-559-9487 or calling 972-747-0222 or emailing info@doggiezenden.com

    • Grooming: request a reservation by text 888-559-9487 or calling 972-747-0222 or emailing info@doggiezenden.com
